Paola’s journey began in 2010 when she welcomed her first dachshund, Cinnamon, into her home. The love for this charming breed blossomed instantly, and soon after, Almond joined their little dachshund family.
Roberto, on the other hand, got his start with dachshunds in 2008 when he brought home his first pup, Luigi, followed by Bucca and Petra in the years that followed.
Through triumphs and trials, we’ve accumulated invaluable insights into properly caring for, training, and enjoying life with these lively, loyal companions. From nutritional needs to grooming tips, and behavior training to health concerns – we’ve experienced it all firsthand.
Dachshund Central was born out of our desire to share this hard-earned knowledge with fellow Dachshund parents worldwide. Our mission is to be your trusted guide, providing practical advice, fun stories, and a strong sense of community centered around our love for this extraordinary breed.
